General Questions

How can I get a quote?
Send us the details of your home and the cleaning service you need through our Contact Us page. We’ll review the information and help you with a free estimate.
Does someone have to visit my house before I can request a cleaning?
Not necessarily. Many cleaning requests can be discussed and estimated without an in-home sales visit. If we need additional details to provide an accurate estimate, we’ll contact you.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Our cleaners bring the eco-friendly cleaning products needed for the standard cleaning service.
How do I prepare for the cleaning?
Let us know your priorities, expectations, pet instructions, access details, keys, alarms, or anything else important about your home. Picking up toys, clothing, and loose household items before the cleaner arrives also allows more time to be spent on actual cleaning.
How do I pay?
EasyClean2U accepts Venmo, cash, and check. If you have a question about payment for your specific service, contact us before the appointment.

Scheduling Questions

Can I get a same-day booking?
Same-day service is not guaranteed, but depending on availability we may be able to accommodate it. Contact us as early as possible and we’ll let you know what is available.
Do I have to be home for my cleaning?
No. It is completely up to you. If you will not be home, make sure we have clear instructions for safely accessing the property before the appointment.
Does my cleaner arrive at the exact scheduled time?
Most appointments begin close to the scheduled time, but we allow approximately a one-hour arrival window for traffic, weather, and delays from previous appointments. If there is a significant delay, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

Cleaning Questions

Do I need to have cleaning equipment available?
No. The cleaners bring the standard equipment needed for the service, including items such as a vacuum, mop, cleaning cloths, buckets, and brooms.
Are EasyClean2U cleaners screened?
Our original service standards include screening that may involve background checks, reference checks, interviews, and residential cleaning experience.
What about gratuities?
Tips are never required or expected. If you feel your cleaner did an exceptional job and you would like to leave a gratuity, it is always appreciated.
Is EasyClean2U pet-friendly?
Most cleaners are comfortable working around pets. Please tell us about your pets in advance and provide any instructions that will help keep both your pets and the cleaner comfortable and safe.
