General Questions
How can I get a quote?
Simply visit the signup flow to book a cleaning and as you provide information about your house and schedule, your quote will dynamically adjust.
Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?
Absolutely not! We wouldn’t want pushy sales people coming to our house so we would never do that to you. You can get a quote and book your cleaning online. It takes about one minute.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
The house cleaner(s) will provide all of the eco-friendly, green cleaning products for every cleaning service.
How do I prepare for the cleaning?
We recommend advising your house cleaner about your priorities and expectations for the cleaning service, along with any instructions regarding pets, keys, alarms, or any other specific issues related to your home. It is also appreciated if you would take care of any organizational tasks such as picking up toys, clothes, or other household items.
How do I pay?
We accept venmo, cash, check.
Scheduling Questions
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?
we don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in your customer dashboard.
DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
Cleaning Questions
Do I need to have cleaning equipment available for the cleaners?
The cleaners will bring all of the equipment needed for the cleaning service, such as a vacuum, mop, rags, buckets, brooms, etc.
ARE CLEANING COMPANY CLEANERS SCREENED?
Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
What about gratuities?
The cleaners never expect gratuities but would be very happy to receive them.
Is EasyClean2U pet-friendly?
Most of our cleaners are comfortable working around pets. It is always a good an idea to introduce your pet to the cleaners – a friendly introduction can go a long way.
