Good to Know
These details help set clear expectations and protect your home, our team, and the quality of your service.
Light spot-cleaning of small marks may be possible, but full wall washing is not included.
Personal laundry is not included. One load of bed linens/towels may be possible when washer, dryer and detergent are available and agreed upon.
Standard service is limited to approximately one day’s worth of dishes. Larger amounts may require additional time/charges.
Light dusting is available; washing or scrubbing blinds is not part of standard service.
Pet waste and bodily-fluid cleanup are not included because of health and safety concerns.
Standard cleaning does not include hazardous-material remediation. Limited mildew cleaning may be possible where safe.
Exterior cleaning is generally not included. Entry areas, balconies or decks may be considered for move-in/move-out service by arrangement.
For estimating purposes, a half-bath is treated the same as a full bathroom.
Steam cleaning is not part of standard residential cleaning.
Waxing or polishing hardwood floors is not included.
Paint removal from walls or hardwood floors is not included.
Exterior window cleaning is not included in standard house cleaning.
Cleaning inside the freezer is not included, even when refrigerator interior cleaning is requested.
